Hi Guy's
Well, it's been far too long since my last post. Lot's has happened with World Ironman Champion Craig Alexanders camp being a huge hit. I am sure the team gained alot of knowledge from Craig coming to town and the press coverage we got was amazing. We had 2 television programs covering this unique camp. Craig had a great time and has said he will be more then eager to come back and meet you all again. The highlight I would have to say was us all racing against Craig at full speed. He beat our top guy's by 7 minutes over a sprint race!!
Some of the team are now in full training for Ironman Roth and are tired but hanging in there. We have had a few newbies join the team of late and our "girl brigade" is increasing by the month which is fantastic as I have always wanted to work with total beginners and teach them this addictive sport of Triathlon.
A special thanks must go to the Abu Dhabi Police for appointing me there triathlon consultant. I have worked and coached the UAE Police National team way back in 2000 and to be part of their program is such a reward.
Will post weekly from now to keep you all informed as to what is happening in the T2A world.
